Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of consulting services provided by Rafael González ("LoboGuardian"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

LoboGuardian provides independent technical consulting services including but not limited to: Technical Due Diligence, Infrastructure Diagnosis, Recurring Technical Advisory, Telecommunications Engineering, Robotics Solutions, and STEAM Education. Specific deliverables and timelines are defined in individual engagement agreements.

Clients must provide timely access to necessary resources, information, and decision-makers. Delays caused by client unavailability may impact project timelines and deliverables.

Payment schedules are defined per project. Typical terms include: 50% upfront for projects under $5,000; milestone-based payments for larger projects; net-30 payment terms for invoices. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project. LoboGuardian retains ownership of pre-existing code, frameworks, and methodologies. Open-source libraries remain under their respective licenses.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of services.

Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. Client is responsible for payment of work completed to date of termination. Early termination fees may apply per project agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of Panama. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration before litigation.
